A message from Mommy to Mommy

With a background in customer service and the knowledge that YOU are the reason for my success, let me just remind you that I am a stay-at-home mom of  4- and 5- year old girls.  It can get quite crazy around our house and while I want to offer you 100% of my attention, please be patient if I take an hour or two to respond to your email.  It will only be because I am helping my Boos practice piano, helping with a craft project or serving milk and cookies.  Because you support me, I am here for you… you just might have to give me a minute.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class (regular) mail.  If the item you have ordered is in stock, expect to receive it within 7 to 10 business days.  If there is a back order on any of our items, you will be notified immediately with an amended time frame for delivery.

Returns

If within 30 days of placing your order you are unhappy with your BooBloomers, I will be unhappy too, and will do my best to make it right.  Please contact me to let me know the problem so that I may arrange an exchange or refund.  All I ask is that you cover the return shipping fee and I will take care of the rest.  Please note, I will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been previously worn, are returned with any kind of stain, or are damaged due to a laundry mishap.  All refunds will be at my discretion. 

Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal.  If you currently do not have a PayPal account please follow the simple prompts at checkout for setting up a personal account.

Please be aware that colors vary from one computer to the next.
